We employ third-party companies and individuals ('Service Providers') to assist with the delivery of our Service and analysing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Website

We use Webflow to build and host our website. Webflow uses a content distribution network (CDN) powered by Fastly and Amazon Cloudfront. This means our website pages load for our visitors from a server close to wherever they are located.

Forms submitted on our website are stored securely on Webflow's database servers on Amazon's virtal private cloud, isolated from the public internet.

Membership

We use Outseta to provide membership-related services for our website, including billing, user authentication, customer-relationship management, transaction emails and help desk.

Payments

We use payment processing provided by Stripe.

We do not store or collect debit or credit card details. Those details are provided directly to Stripe whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their Privacy Policy. They adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We use a privacy-first analytics company, Fathom Analytics. They use anonymous page view tracking which means they don't collect or store personal data.

Appointment booking

We use Calendly to schedule video conferencing meetings with prospective and existing clients. They may collect your Personal Information to enable these meetings to occur.

We use beehiiv to publish and distribute our weekly newsletter, Inbound News.

You are not automatically signed up for Inbound News when you become a member of Mellomar. You can sign up for Inbound News via a dedicated form on the bottom of our website or via other promotions from time to time.
